We are on a mission to revolutionise the way people clean, and we are seeking a highly organised individual with exceptional people skills to lead a growing team of overseas Customer Service agents. Day-to-day of the role: Confidently onboard, train, and manage a small team to drive success in the Customer Service department, aligning with the wider business KPIs.Handle high ticket volumes during peak periods, supporting your team and stepping in to manage the Customer Service inbox as needed.Ensure each customer receives a 'white glove' treatment, building a 'Ritz Carlton' style experience for our members.Conduct agent onboarding and shadow new agents to ensure successful assimilation into the team.Handle routine agent requests and provide support for challenging Customer Service inquiries.Work with Customer Service department leads to develop the member experience and guarantee world-class customer service.Manage team performance by conducting weekly Quality Analysis reports, sharing findings with key stakeholders.Conduct basic team HR tasks including annual leave and sick leave approval, and accurately record all team absences.Review team capacity and functionality, working with the Customer Service department leads to forecast and scale ahead of key business periods.
