Where you’ll be working: As a Customer Service Specialist Apprentice at Baxi you’ll be working in the Customer Relations Team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with Baxi. As customer expectations evolve, this role gives you the opportunity to learn how feedback, data and continuous improvement help us create simple, positive and memorable experiences. As a Customer Service Specialist Apprentice, you’ll support customer feedback activity, help resolve customer concerns, and work with teams across the business to improve processes. You’ll learn how we use customer insight to drive change, rebuild loyalty, and deliver service that goes beyond expectations. What you’ll be doing Supporting customer surveys and gathering feedback Helping investigate and resolve customer concerns Working with teams to improve processes and simplify customer interactions Learning how data shapes decisions and customer experience improvements Contributing to continuous improvement projects across Customer Service What we’re looking for A strong customer focus with clear written and verbal communication Confidence in handling challenging conversations Understanding of complaints processes (desirable) Interest or experience in continuous improvement Good time management and reliability Ability to analyse data and turn it into actionable insights Good PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel) This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Customer Experience, gain valuable skills, and help shape how our customers feel about Baxi.
