At Dartmoor Lodge Hotel, we’re on the lookout for someone who brings a little magic to our guests’ stay—while also helping us shine online. This is a hybrid role for someone who loves hospitality, is detail-driven, and has a creative streak for storytelling across social media.

What You’ll Be Doing

Guest Experience & Rooms:

• Greet and wow our guests—before, during, and after their stay.
• Help make sure our rooms are picture-perfect and guest-ready.
• Coordinate bookings, upgrades, special requests, and the little extras that make a big difference.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and front-of-house teams for a smooth operation.

Marketing & Social Media:

• Snap, post, and promote what makes Dartmoor Lodge magical—our food, views, weddings, people, and personality.
• Own our Instagram and Facebook presence, from daily stories to seasonal campaigns.
• Help drive direct bookings through creative content and clever messaging.
• Capture authentic guest moments, local highlights, and behind-the-scenes magic.

What We’re Looking For

• A warm, confident host who loves people.
• Strong eye for detail and organisation.
• Great writing skills and a passion for photography/video.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and content tools like Canva, Reels, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Someone who’s proactive, positive, and thrives in a hands-on, creative environment.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
