3 months
40 hours per week: 08:00 – 18:00 hours
The Role
As part of a multi-channel Customer Service Department, you’ll be supporting National Account customers by managing day-to-day queries through phone, email, and live chat. Using both CRM and operational systems, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction is handled efficiently and positively.
Key Accountabilities
Handle and record all inbound calls and emails, ensuring timely resolutions are arranged and communicated effectively.
Always put customers first by delivering personalised solutions to meet their needs.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
Proactively seek ways to improve the customer experience and address challenges.
Maintain accurate records while adhering to data protection regulations and customer confidentiality.
Support business growth by promoting products and services to customers.
Key criteria:
A proven ability to put customers first, whether face-to-face or over the phone.
Excellent listening and communication skills to understand customer needs.
A team-player mindset with the ability to stay calm and flexible under pressure.
Strong planning, organisational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
Proactivity, adaptability, and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
A friendly telephone manner, good typing speed, and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and a willingness to learn new systems quickly.
