- As an L1 Customer Care Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and web. You’ll listen, respond, troubleshoot, and advocate for customers - ensuring every interaction reflects Veolia’s commitment to quality and service excellence.
- Job Description
- What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming customer enquiries and expectations
- Resolve issues efficiently, escalating when needed
- Log and maintain accurate customer and service data
- Provide basic technical troubleshooting and register service requests
- Validate order details and liaise with internal teams
- Identify sales opportunities and quotation requests
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and confident customer support
- What We’re Looking For
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience in customer service, call centre, sales support, or administration
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A team player with a passion for delivering first-class customer service
