Customer Advisor - Events Location: Braintree, Essex Hours: 08:00am - 16:00pm Days: Wednesday and Friday (Overtime Available)Duration: 1 Month initial contract. We are delighted to be supporting our client to recruit for a Customer Advisor within their Events team Purpose: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play an active part in the day-to-day smooth running of the Venues Team operations across three venues. The venues are available to hire for meetings, conferences, events and weddings. In this role you will be responsible for setting up rooms as per the customer's requirements, identifying customer needs and building customer relationships to ensure the best customer experience. Role Accountabilities: Serving pre-made refreshments to customers.Actively promote the three venues and maximise sales ensuring the team meet the yearly revenue target.To deal with customer enquiries and bookings as and when required.To open and close all premises securely.To clear away after events, clean and tidy venues as necessary.To report any defects to the Management Team and to undertake security, maintenance and health & safety duties in accordance with the standards agreed with the Manager.
