Key Duties Build strong relationships with customers through engaging and professional communication. Listen to customers' needs and offer tailored solutions. Provide excellent service while upselling and cross-selling relevant financial products. Maintain accurate customer records and manage accounts effectively. Take part in ongoing training and workshops to develop industry knowledge and skills. About You Enjoys talking to people and building lasting relationships. Possesses excellent listening and problem-solving skills. May have experience in sales, retail, or hospitality and is now seeking a professional career path.
