Our client, with offices based 9 miles south of Boston is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am – 5.00pm Sunday to Thursday. During your training and induction period you will likely be required to work 9.00am – 5.00pm.As Customer Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for dealing with failed deliveries and delivery issues, investigating route cause and updating the client accordingly. You will also be responsible for reviewing previous and year on year order patterns to highlight missed opportunities for extra work from customers.To be considered for the role of Customer Account Coordinator, you will have superb problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to forecast and think outside of the box. You will need to be innovative and forward thinking, be assertive and forthcoming, rather than waiting for work to come your way.
