RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES ● Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create and update course books, instructor materials, and exams. ● Edit, proofread, format, and finalize content for multiple delivery methods, including print, eBook, eLearning, and other digital formats. ● Utilize modern content development and distribution tools and contribute to refining curriculum development workflows and best practices. ● Demonstrate a solid understanding of end-to-end print and digital publishing processes. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring complex initiatives are completed successfully, on time, and within budget. ● Maintain project spreadsheets and databases as requested, follow established schedules, and provide regular progress updates. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS ● Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, verbal communication, and instructional design abilities. ● Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency preferred. ● Exceptional attention to detail. ● Experience with contemporary print formats, publishing standards, template creation, and design principles. ● Strong understanding of the use of Styles and the development and maintenance of Style Guides. ● Two to five years of experience with tools such as Articulate Rise, Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker, Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Experience creating content within an LMS/LCMS environment, including metadata tagging to support single-source development and modularized content workflows. ● Knowledge of the media industry; familiarity with Avid products is strongly preferred. ● At least three to five years of experience managing projects in a fast-paced technical environment. ● Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. #LI-Remote #LI-RM1 If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
