CSA Construction ManagerDublinPermanent Position€100,000 plus packageOur client, Europe's only dedicated data centre delivery partner, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning, is currently seeking a CSA Construction Manager to join their team on a major data centre project in Dublin 15. This is an excellent permanent opportunity to work within a leading business sector synonymous with cutting-edge data centre infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the CSA team, including supervisors, engineers, and package managers to ensure successful delivery of all CSA scopeOversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Team, embedding a strong culture of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellenceCoordinate and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA worksDevelop a delivery strategy for CSA work packages, supporting the commercial team in preparing scope documents and subcontract packagesReview client designs, identify discrepancies, and lead resolution to protect the company's contractual and commercial interestsWork closely with QA/QC teams to develop and manage site quality plans, ensuring compliance with project requirementsManage day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor performance, resource allocation, and progress trackingDevelop, manage, and report on project schedules in conjunction with Planning, Project Management, and subcontractorsChair and host weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors and ensure accurate documentation and records are maintainedOversee project close-out activities including punch lists, safety files, QA documentation, and handover requirements Job Requirements: Relevant construction-related degree, equivalent qualification or relevan
