We’re a growing travel services company looking for a reliable freelancer to help keep our CRM database updated and to create and deliver multiple Zoho Campaigns. If the work is high quality, this can become an ongoing monthly assignment. Responsibilities: * Keep our Zoho CRM database clean, organised, and up to date * Build and deliver multiple Zoho email campaigns (copy, templates, scheduling) * Segment contacts appropriately for each campaign * Report on email performance and suggest improvements Requirements: * Strong experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns * Good written English * Detail-oriented and able to follow processes * Travel industry experience is a bonus but not essential Project Type: One-off project to start (database update + 3 email campaigns), with potential monthly work. Please include examples of previous Zoho campaigns you’ve created.
