We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Project Manager to join the CRM Platforms team. Supporting Baker Hughes’ ongoing transformation of CRM and digital technologies that drive sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience. You will need to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also supporting CRM platform operations Role Overview This high-impact, strategic role requires a passionate leader who can communicate effectively, influence stakeholders at all levels, and drive cross-functional alignment. The Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery, define execution strategies, and tightly manage progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities. As a CRM Platform Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Project Planning Define and shape initiatives from inception by leading business discovery, developing clear project charters, success criteria, and robust business cases that articulate financial ROI, compliance impact, and improvements in sales effectiveness and operational efficiency. Plan delivery at scale by building and maintaining optimized resource plans across concurrent digital initiatives, balancing capacity, improving efficiency, and maximizing team throughput Enable consistent, fit‑for‑purpose execution by designing, refining, and socializing a scalable delivery playbook across discovery, design, build, and rollout phases, flexing methodologies to suit project complexity and business context. Ensure strategic alignment by partnering with Commercial Excellence, Digital Technology, enterprise architecture, and data governance teams to shape and synchronize CRM release schedules and project launches with broader business, digital, and data roadmaps. Project Execution Lead day‑to‑day delivery execution by facilitating agile ceremonies, managing critical workstreams, monitoring progress through Salesforce and Deal Machine trackers, proactively removing blockers, and ensuring on‑time, in‑scope delivery. Drive business adoption and operational readiness by partnering with Change Management teams on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies, and by executing structured handovers and hyper‑care to embed solutions into BAU operations. Project Governance Maintain strong delivery and financial control by tracking milestones, risks, issues, vendor performance, and spend against plans; remaining agile to changing priorities; and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, data privacy, and IT security standards. Enable transparency and continuous improvement by producing high‑impact executive updates, facilitating stakeholder alignment sessions, maintaining a centralized project repository, and embedding lessons learned to continuously enhance delivery effectiveness and scalability. Deliver Success To be successful in this role you will: Have significant project management experience delivering enterprise platforms, ideally including Salesforce implementations and third-party integrations. Bring proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Inquiry to Order functions. Demonstrate strong proficiency in budget estimation, cost control, and tracking. Shape CRM roadmaps and lead major platform revamps or implementation projects. Thrive in fast-paced environments by driving clarity from ambiguity, confidently navigating uncertainty to deliver results under pressure and maintain project momentum Apply advanced data and analytics skills for planning, problem sizing, and governance. Communicate effectively across multicultural teams with excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management capabilities. Familiarity with vendor evaluation and SaaS solution assessment.
