I am partnering with a high-growth B2C retail brand to recruit a CRM Manager who will take full ownership of day-to-day CRM strategy and execution. This is a newly created role within a fast-paced marketing team and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer engagement, retention, and revenue. The CRM Manager will lead the delivery of impactful, data-driven communications across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to repeat purchase, retention, and re-engagement. By leveraging customer insights, segmentation strategies, and automation, you will ensure that every customer receives timely, relevant messaging that enhances their experience and supports commercial growth. Key Responsibilities Map, optimise, and manage the full retail customer lifecycle, ensuring customers receive personalised, seamless communications from first purchase to repeat loyalty.Identify key moments across the journey and develop communications that support each stage.Plan and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, and emerging messaging channels.Own day-to-day deployment of BAU campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches, onboarding flows, and retention programmes.Build and optimise automated journeys including nurture, replenishment reminders, abandoned cart, lapsed customer reactivation, and loyalty messaging.Own the customer database, ensuring it is accurate, organised, and segmented effectively.Develop robust segmentation strategies aligned with customer behaviour and purchase patterns.Work with wider teams to enhance data capture and improve overall data quality.Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion.Track performance of campaigns and automated journeys; share insights and recommendations across the business.Provide regular reporting to marke
