CRM Manager Our global law firm client is seeking a CRM Manager with strong capabilities in InterAction and Vuture to shape and deliver the firm’s CRM strategy. This role will involve line managing the CRM team members, setting objectives, supporting development, and overseeing performance. Salary to £75,000Comprehensive employee benefits & wellbeing packagesHybrid working – 3 days in the officed / 2 days remoteImpressive offices in the City CRM Manager Key Responsibilities: Translate strategic priorities into practical workplans and firmwide adoption programmesLead the delivery of CRM initiatives across regions, ensuring consistency and best practiceSupport the firm’s Global Key Client and Strategic Growth Client programmes through insights, relationship mapping, and accurate data stewardshipProvide supporting intelligence for pitches, pipeline development, and strategic planningManage day-to-day performance and enhancement of InterAction and VutureLead system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects in partnership with IT and vendorsUse data to provide actionable intelligence that supports client plans and BD initiativesDesign and deliver CRM training for partners, fee-earners, PAs and BD teamsSupport international BD teams with locally relevant CRM training and engagement activities CRM Manager Skills & Requirements: Significant experience in CRM management, ideally within an international law firmProven expertise in InterAction and Vuture, including upgrades, integrations, and user education Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior lawyersStrong working knowledge of GDPR, PECR and international data-protection requirements
