We’re looking for a tech-savvy CRM specialist who knows how to make tools talk to each other. We use Pipedrive as our main CRM and need everything synced properly with: WordPress (our website forms) CloudTalk (calls) CallRail (tracking and attribution) What you’ll do: Set up and organize fields, automations, and pipelines in Pipedrive Make sure all leads from WordPress flow correctly into CRM Sync call data from CloudTalk and CallRail Create simple, clear reports and dashboards inside Pipedrive Fix and improve integrations when needed What we’re looking for: Real hands-on experience with Pipedrive Knows how to connect tools (via Zapier, API, or native integrations) Understands WordPress forms and lead flow Detail-oriented, fast, and proactive This is an ongoing role — about 5–10 hours a week, long-term.
