About the role We’re looking for a skilled CRM & Automation Specialist to support ongoing client projects for a growing consultancy. The focus is on building, integrating, and maintaining systems (CRM, automation workflows, basic web integrations) for small service businesses. This is a freelance/project-based role - ideal if you’re confident working independently and can deliver without needing handholding. What you’ll do: • Build and configure CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) • Design automation workflows using Make.com, n8n (Zapier experience also relevant) • Set up integrations between tools (Supabase, Airtable, Stripe, WhatsApp/Twilio, Webflow, lovable etc.) • Troubleshoot and maintain existing client setups • Collaborate directly with the founder to translate diagrams/workflows into working systems What we’re looking for: • Solid experience in CRM setup and automation tools (Make.com / Zapier a must) • Strong understanding of APIs and integrations • Able to work independently and deliver quickly with minimal supervision • UK-based or overlapping UK time zones preferred • Bonus: experience with Supabase, Webflow, or Stripe and SW engineer background Details: • Freelance / project-based (ad hoc or ~10 hrs/week initially) • Could become a full time role for the right candidate • Remote-first (occasional calls in UK time) If you’re an automation problem-solver who enjoys turning messy processes into smooth systems, this is a chance to work on meaningful projects with immediate impact.
