  • We’re recruiting for a CRM & Automation Executive to join us.
  • As CRM & Automation Executive you will support the delivery of CRM campaigns and automations by assisting with build, execution, and reporting tasks, ensuring accurate implementation across digital channels and contributing to the optimisation of customer journeys through hands-on collaboration and continuous learning.
  • What you'll be doing;
  • Supporting the build and execution of CRM campaigns and automations within the Customer Marketing Platform (Braze), ensuring accurate setup across email, SMS, and app channels
  • Assisting in audience segmentation and targeting, using available data to help personalise communications
  • Monitoring campaign performance and supporting reporting, contributing to insight generation and optimisation efforts
  • Ensuring campaign assets and communications follow brand and compliance guidelines, including formatting, accessibility, and responsiveness
  • Contributing to testing activity, helping set up A/B tests and collate results for analysis
  • Providing day-to-day support to the CRM & Automation Manager, helping manage tasks, documentation, and campaign delivery timelines
  • Ensuring communications are reviewed and approved by individuals who have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and expertise, and that such approval is recorded
  • Managing the team in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, including the Partnership Agreement, so that the team’s business objectives are achieved consistently
  • Qualifications

Who we're looking for

  • Marketing (or related field) degree desirable, or relevant (1 year+) experience
  • Understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Working knowledge of digital channels including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
  • Familiarity with concepts of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and campaign logic
  • Awareness of data privacy, compliance, and digital communication standards
  • Basic understanding of agile workflows and sprint-based delivery
  • Limited experience building and deploying CRM campaigns and automations
  • Experience working with customer data to drive targeting and personalisation
  • Experience analysing performance of marketing campaigns
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and taking direction from senior stakeholders
  • Experience using analytics tools or dashboards to monitor campaign performance
  • Detail-oriented and delivery-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
