About
- Hayfin is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Private Credit team as a CRM Associate. This newly created role sits within the Private Credit Operations group, supporting the full deal lifecycle through CRM management and analytics. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of private credit transactions and workflows, CRM systems (preferably DealCloud), and data-driven reporting to enhance our internal processes and strategic decision-making.
- Hayfin’s global Private Credit team is comprised of 110 investment professionals spanning eight investment offices including London, New York, Chicago, Frankfurt, Madrid, Milan, Paris, and Stockholm. Through local presence and deep sector expertise, the Private Credit team originates, underwrites, and manages private credit investments structured in the following, non-exhaustive, formats: direct loans, mezzanine debt, hybrid solutions and asset-backed lending.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central connector between data, technology, and investment teams—ensuring our CRM becomes a strategic asset, not just a system.
- Oversee the deal database lifecycle: intake, creation, dashboard execution, data imports, and cleanup.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Generate reports and insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, design and prototype CRM enhancements.
- Oversee the testing, validation and change management of new functionality or enhancements to production operations.
- Perform Data Stewardship responsibilities to underwrite data integrity and ensure data generated in the CRM system is fit for purpose and downstream integration.
- 3–5 years of experience working with CRM platforms, ideally DealCloud.
- Understanding of alternative investments and private credit deal structures.
- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
