I’m working with a well-established Yorkshire law firm to recruit a Criminal Solicitor into a specialist team handling Dangerous Dog Act cases, including prohibited breeds and out-of-control dogs.This is a unique opportunity to develop niche expertise within a broader criminal defence role. You’ll represent clients at police stations, Magistrates’ and Crown Court, and manage a caseload that’s as complex as it is rewarding.They’re looking for a qualified solicitor (2+ PQE ideally) with strong advocacy and case management skills. Direct experience in Dangerous Dogs Act cases is desirable, but not essential as curiosity and commitment matter more.
