  • Primary Job Duties
  • As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various technical crew scheduling functions and activities.
  • Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
  • Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously with heavy phone call and chat volume
  • Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
  • Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
  • Communicate and problem solve with other departments to provide an efficient operation
  • Minimum Requirements
  • SkyWest Crew Schedulers come from a wide range of backgrounds, education, interests, and experience. We are looking for individuals with an interest in the airline industry who have the following traits

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Desktop PC/Computer experience required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast-paced environment

  • Provide a one-year commitment to the position
  • Call center or related experience a plus
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

  • Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must have not received a regret for the same position in the last 90 days. Applications are only considered every 90 days
  • This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
