  • What will you be doing?
  • We’re seeking a talented individual to join our growing Restructuring & Recovery Services (RRS) team in London as Creditor Services Administrator.
  • As Creditor Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others
  • Support the National RRS Creditor Services partner & senior managers
  • Managing pre-engagement workflows including conflicts of interest & AML/KYC processes
  • Important desktop investigation work for the team & external clients
  • Lodgement of key documents; proof of debt & proxy forms
  • Organising, managing & attending client credit forum meetings
  • Managing incoming correspondence & communications, responding to client queries
  • Assist in the preparation & distribution of client reports
  • Liaise with the RRS national team
  • Qualifications
  • To be successful in this role, you should
  • Experience in an insolvency or finance-related administrative role is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet strict deadlines
  • A team player with a proactive & flexible approach
  • An interest or experience in a professional business development environment
