- What will you be doing?
- We’re seeking a talented individual to join our growing Restructuring & Recovery Services (RRS) team in London as Creditor Services Administrator.
- As Creditor Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others
- Support the National RRS Creditor Services partner & senior managers
- Managing pre-engagement workflows including conflicts of interest & AML/KYC processes
- Important desktop investigation work for the team & external clients
- Lodgement of key documents; proof of debt & proxy forms
- Organising, managing & attending client credit forum meetings
- Managing incoming correspondence & communications, responding to client queries
- Assist in the preparation & distribution of client reports
- Liaise with the RRS national team
- Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, you should
- Experience in an insolvency or finance-related administrative role is desirable
- Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet strict deadlines
- A team player with a proactive & flexible approach
- An interest or experience in a professional business development environment
