You are able to work from one of many offices around the UK however we are fully set up for fully remote working.Responsibilities to include:Management of a caseload of litigated credit hire cases Responsible for compliance with court directions and orders & the ability to manage a case from proceedings being commenced to trial.Ability to negotiate and settle cases/ achieve best outcomesWorking effectively with the existing teamExperienced in using a case management and diary systemSalary will depend on experience but likely fall in the £35-45k basic range.
