About the Role We are seeking a Group Credit Control Assistant to join our Accounting Services team on a 7 month fixed term contract. This role is integral to supporting the credit control function and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debt across multiple divisions. Key Responsibilities Manage a section of the ledger and chase customers for outstanding payments.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries promptly.Process credit and debit card payments accurately.Log all queries on relevant systems and provide data for monthly debt review meetings.Contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service. What We’re Looking For Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent).Previous experience in a similar role within a large organisation is desirable.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of numerical accuracy and data entry speed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is advantageous (training provided).
