Credit Controller Annual Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Location: East Oxfordshire, Office-based Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Reed Accountancy are proud to be partnering with a family owned business based in East Oxfordshire who are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance Team. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a business that values teamwork and employee growth. You will be working within a dynamic Credit Control team, contributing to the efficient management of customer accounts and maintaining the company's financial health. Day-to-day of the role: Chase overdue accounts and invoices through telephone, email, and letter.Ensure all unallocated payments are accounted for and reconciled.Review and maintain customers' current credit limits and payment terms.Handle customer invoice queries and liaise with staff members to settle queries promptly.Maintain and update account information.Perform account reconciliations.Meet daily cash and debtors targets as per KPIs.Prepare and send monthly statements.Assist with cash allocation including BACS, credit cards, and cheques.Report any problematic accounts to the Credit Manager in a timely manner.Maintain effective communication between customers and colleagues to ensure efficient and smooth service and customer satisfaction.
