You'll be responsible for managing the Credit Control processes, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. Description The key responsibilities of a Credit Controller will include: Manage relationships with commercial colleagues and internal and external customers.Ensure timely collection of customer payments and manage outstanding debts.Handle internal and customer queries related to payments and escalations.Drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong internal controls and high customer service standards.Maintain accurate and tidy ledgers, including allocation of credit balancesRun and review daily financial and credit control reports.Download and process daily bank statements across multiple banks and currencies.Manage a portfolio of accounts, posting daily cash and supporting team workload priorities.
