Description Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring accurate posting of customer transactions.Monitor outstanding debts and proactively chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve queries effectively.Allocate incoming payments accurately and reconcile customer accounts.Prepare regular aged debt reports and escalate issues where necessary.Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes.Assist with month-end reporting and support the finance team with credit control-related tasks.Ensure compliance with company credit policies and financial regulations.
