Credit Controller Location: DissSalary: £28,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience)Contract: Full-time, permanent A friendly and well-established business based in Diss is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end credit control process across a varied customer base Proactively chase outstanding debt via phone, email, and written correspondence Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve queries efficiently Produce regular credit control and aged debt reports Support cashflow forecasting and assist with month-end reporting Allocate cash and reconcile customer accounts Work closely with the wider finance team to improve processes and reduce aged debt Build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role Excel savvy, with confidence using spreadsheets and reports to analyse debt and performance Strong transactional finance experience and excellent attention to detail Adaptable and flexible, able to respond to changing priorities A friendly, approachable team player with a positive attitude Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic What’s on Offer Salary of £28,000 – £32,000, depending on experience Supportive, friendly working environment Opportunity to play a key role in cashflow management an
