The draft is complete and detailed, but it needs an expert touch to turn it into a powerful, motivational story that captures who we are and where we’re going. Your Role • Polish and rewrite our Vivid Vision into a cohesive, emotionally charged document. • Craft an inspirational narrative that motivates staff, engages clients, and defines our future. • Refine tone, structure, and flow while keeping the authentic voice intact. • Optionally create a 1-page Vision Summary or Manifesto for broader use. Ideal Candidate • Proven experience in brand storytelling, vision writing, or corporate communications. • Strong creative and emotional writing skills — able to blend clarity, inspiration, and realism. • Native-level English (UK tone preferred). • Familiarity with engineering, industrial, or maritime industries is a plus. Deliverables • Refined Vivid Vision document (Word format). • Optional short inspirational summary version.
