We are launching a premium electronics brand and need a talented product/industrial designer to create a unique, eye-catching concept for a Type-C to Type-C charging cable. This is a visual design project — focus is on creating a product that looks and feels luxurious, stylish, and innovative, suitable for the UK and USA markets. Project Scope: The designer will: Create 1–3 unique concept designs for a luxury Type-C cable. Provide sketches or 3D renderings showing: Cable braid style, color, and texture (Kevlar + metallic fiber suggested). Connector housing shape, finish, and logo placement. Premium details (seamless strain relief, magnetic clasp, optional glow accent). Emphasize style, uniqueness, and visual appeal — the design should look like a high-end accessory, not just a cable. Requirements: Must create a unique design (no copied or generic cable designs). Must share examples of current/past work or a design portfolio, preferably including tech accessories or consumer electronics. Experience with industrial design, product visualisation, 3D rendering, or CAD modelling preferred. Ability to understand luxury product aesthetics and combine tech + fashion appeal. Deliverables: 1–3 concept sketches or 3D renders (high-quality visuals suitable for presentation to the manufacturer). Optional: Moodboard or colour/material suggestions to support the concept.
