Creative Marketing Specialist (E-Commerce / Meta Ads / Klaviyo / Shopify) We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist to join on a month-to-month project basis (with potential for ongoing or full-time work). This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts creative and analytical — you understand what makes e-commerce ads perform and have the design skills to bring that vision to life. You’ll help design and refresh ad assets, manage light marketing operations, and support several growing lifestyle and beauty brands. What You’ll Do Creative & Ads Design static, GIF, and short-form video ads for Meta campaigns Refresh creative content monthly Maintain and organize creative libraries in Figma or Google Drive Write short ad copy or captions when needed Marketing Operations: Assist with uploading and organizing ads in Meta Ads Manager Update Shopify product images, tags, or simple page content Schedule or QA Klaviyo campaigns (using existing templates) Repurpose content for Meta, email, and organic use Ideal Candidate Strong creative eye with a sense for premium aesthetics Experience with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands Proficient in Meta Ads Manager Basic knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo Skilled in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite Reliable communication and timely delivery Bonus: familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok editing, or basic analytics Compensation $1,200/month Month-to-month basis (~20–25 hours/month) Opportunity to grow into a long-term or full-time role To Apply Please include: A short intro about yourself and your experience with e-commerce marketing Examples or links to ad creatives, both static & video visuals you’ve produced A quick breakdown of your experience with: Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, and Figma/Canva Your availability per week
