Hey! I run a growing marketing agency and I’m looking for a highly skilled creative strategist to join me long-term. This is not a task based VA role, I’m looking for someone who can think strategically, research deeply, and help shape content plans for multiple clients. To start, you’ll work with 1–2 clients to get familiar with our systems and style. Over time, this could grow to managing 10–20 client accounts directly, with increasing responsibility and pay as we scale. What You’ll Do: Research competitors in each client’s industry. Identify trends and creative opportunities for short-form content. Build Month 1 content plans (ideas, scripts, structures). Collaborate with me to refine creative direction. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Be proactive, creative, and reliable, someone who genuinely cares about client growth. What I’m Looking For: Strong experience in content strategy, trend research, or creative marketing. Ability to take ownership, not just follow instructions. Comfortable working with multiple clients across different industries. Creative thinker who can turn research into practical content ideas. Long-term mindset: I want a partner who can grow with me for years, not just a freelancer for one project. Nice to Have (not required): Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, or Trello.
