Therapist / Psychologist / Life Coach / Neuroscientist / Psychiatrist – Help Create Self-Help Journals, Worksheets & Add-Ons, school teachers. Etc etc We are seeking a talented freelancer to help create engaging self-help products, both digital and physical. Your expertise will guide us in developing valuable resources such as e-books, workbooks, planners, or merchandise that inspire personal growth.. I am building a self-help and personal growth platform that will offer a wide range of digital (and printable) products: examples but not limited to: • Journals • Worksheets • Diaries • Trackers • Affirmation cards • Emotional wheels • Courses • Other creative add-ons I am looking for mental health and personal development experts (therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, life coaches, neuroscientists) to help design, structure, and generate ideas for these products. Help identify what is needed and what will help people- esp in the coming age of a digital world. The aim is to make content that is: Easy to understand. • Scientifically informed, practical, and useful. • Visually engaging and easy to use. • Suitable for individual self-help, but also scalable for groups (e.g., teachers printing for classrooms, CEOs providing for employees, military organizations using for resilience training, etc.). Examples of what I’d like to create: • Shadow work journals • Gratitude diaries • Stress & anxiety management worksheets • Emotional regulation tools for children, teens, and adults • End-of-year reflection journals & New Year transformation planners • Specialized kits for specific audiences (e.g., “7 Days to Sleep Reset,” “14 Days to Self-Confidence”) Id love ideas that I haven’t thought of yet. Who I’m Looking For: • ideas from anyone working with people or expertise in mental health, neuroscience, or personal development. Etc • Creative thinkers who can suggest new product ideas tailored to different audiences (parents, students, workplaces, athletes, schools, faith groups, etc.). • Someone collaborative, who can brainstorm and help me shape a large collection of 100–200 digital products over time. Bonus Skills: • Experience with self-help publishing or digital product design. • Familiarity with educational resources or corporate wellness tools. • Knowledge of what sells well on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, or in the self-help market. This is a chance to shape a large-scale self-help platform that will be promoted widely (including through celebrity endorsements and social media campaigns).
