Hello! 🙂 We’re looking for a detail-oriented and trend-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us identify influencers who align with a modern streetwear apparel company focused on high-quality, minimal, and affordable blanks. Your job will be to research and compile a list of potential influencers for PR outreach based on specific engagement, aesthetic, and content criteria. You’ll record this information in a spreadsheet we’ll provide. *****We have a spreadsheet already made with "good" candidates, "bad" candidates, and also ones "in the middle." So you will have a great understanding of what we're looking for and what we are NOT looking for 🙂 Ideal Candidate Qualities: - Understands fashion and streetwear trends (especially TikTok/IG aesthetics) - Strong attention to detail when reviewing profiles - Can distinguish real engagement from bots/fake likes - Has previous experience with influencer research (preferred) - Communicates clearly and can work independently Tasks Include: - Searching for influencers on TikTok and Instagram Evaluating based on: - Follower range (1,000 – 200,000 ideal) - Average views per post (5K+ on TikTok, 10K+ on IG Reels) - High engagement (real comments, saves, shares) - Authentic streetwear, casual, or lifestyle content - Clean, consistent, high-quality posts - Activity within the last 30 days Avoiding influencers with mostly paid posts or fake engagement Filling out a spreadsheet with: - Full Name - IG/TikTok Handle - Follower Count - Avg Views - Engagement Notes - Aesthetic/Vibe - Country - Sample Post Link - Status (Shortlisted / Passed) 🚫 Please DO NOT Apply If: - You copy/paste random influencers without checking engagement - You do not use or understand TikTok or Instagram culture - You can’t work independently or meet deadlines - You do not double check your work.
