Description: We needed a Laravel developer to build and integrate a custom form into our existing web application. The form was designed to collect specific user inputs and store them securely in the database. We also required proper validation, a user-friendly layout, and confirmation messaging upon successful submission. Scope of Work: Developed a custom form with fields including name, email, phone number, and message Implemented server-side validation with clear error messages Connected the form to a MySQL database using Eloquent Created a success message and redirect after form submission Styled the form using Bootstrap to match our site’s design Tested the form for functionality and responsiveness
