Day-to-Day of the Role: Leadership & Management: Provide clear, visible leadership and guidance to all staff, setting high standards of professionalism and care. Manage staffing levels, conduct team meetings, and handle disciplinary matters.Care & Support: Ensure clients receive personalised, outcome-focused care tailored to their individual needs. Oversee the development and updating of care plans and risk assessments.Health & Safety / Compliance: Conduct daily walkarounds to ensure safety and cleanliness.
