As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage a classroom, usually at KS3 or KS4 (ages 11-16), supporting students in their learning through prepared work. Other duties will include: Behaviour managementAdminister clear instructions and feedback to pupilsDiscussing the set workDelivering engaging lessonsProviding guidance with the set work Under the direction of the cover manager, supervise pupils in class during the absence of their class teacher.
