We are recruiting Cover Supervisors to join our dedicated team and work in secondary schools across the Wirral. If you have a solid background in a school environment and want to make a genuine impact on student learning, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We offer a competitive daily rate of £90 - £95.

As a Cover Supervisor, you are essential to the smooth running of a school. You'll step in when a teacher is absent, ensuring students remain engaged and on-task with pre-planned lessons. This role is ideal for those who can command a classroom, build rapport with students, and maintain a productive learning environment. Your professionalism and ability to adapt will be key to your success.

Role Details:

• Pay Rate: £90 - £95 per day.
• Location: Secondary schools across the Wirral peninsula- Birkenhead, West Kirkby, Bebington, Heswall. CH41, CH42, CH43, CH44, CH45, CH46, CH47, CH48, CH49, CH60, CH61, CH62, and CH63.

Core Duties:

• Classroom Supervision: Maintain control of the classroom, ensuring students are focused and following school rules.
• Lesson Delivery: Present pre-prepared lessons in a clear and engaging manner.
• Student Support: Assist students with their work and address any questions or issues they may have.
• Reporting: Provide a detailed handover to the regular teacher on student progress and behaviour.
• Safeguarding: Act as a key point of contact for student welfare, reporting any concerns immediately to the relevant staff.

• School Experience: You must have previous experience working in a school, preferably a secondary school.
