Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during short-term absences of Teachers, ensuring students remain on task and focused.
• Deliver pre-prepared work to students, providing clear instructions and guidance.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies, promoting a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Respond to student queries and provide assistance as needed, ensuring they can complete their assigned work.
• Report on student progress and any issues to the appropriate member of staff.
• Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment for all students.

What We're Looking For

• Confidence and authority in managing groups of young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subjects and age groups.
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to think on your feet.
• Prior experience in a school or educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
