The Role Supervising classes during teacher absences Delivering pre-set lesson materials and instructions Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Supporting students to stay on task and engaged Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of the lesson Requirements Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable) Strong communication and classroom management skills A confident, professional, and adapt
