Main Responsibilities
• Welcoming customers and assisting them with their queries and purchases at the sales counter.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organised counter area.
• Providing product information and recommending items to suit customer needs.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring displays are tidy and attractive.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential. We are looking for personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
• Numerical skills and attention to detail for handling transactions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and bank holidays.
