Transforming performance for a green, inclusive and productive world.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend is actively looking to engage with Cost / Senior Cost Managers to aid in the delivery of new & exciting construction schemes related to central & local government, including the development of new prisons UK wide.Our cost management professionals handle commissions of varying sizes but will typically lead/support on projects ranging from £10-£50m with appropriate support depending on the complexity of the commission. The successful candidate will also directly support Directors in the delivery of some of the most high-profile projects in the region.Role Objectives Pre and post-contract duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.Completing feasibility studies.Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost planTendering and procurement activity, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender report and compiling contract documentsTaking responsibility for timely and accurate financial reporting and valuationsInterfacing with the client
