We are currently recruiting for a Cost Engineer on behalf of our client to join their existing team. The role is responsible for the following: The Cost Estimator leads the coordination and preparation of accurate, commercially viable cost models in response to customer RFQs. Acting as the focal point between Commercial, Engineering, and Plant functions, the role ensures that all technical and commercial inputs are fully captured, validated, and represented within the cost model. Given an RFQ via the Commercial team, the Estimator will interpret CAD data and technical specifications, engage with the relevant experts across Tooling, NPI, Engineering, Purchasing, MP&L, and Quality, and translate those inputs into a clear and traceable cost model.This is a permanent position, full-time.
