  • - Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Treasury - Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls - Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards - Prepare and review Treasury materials for key governance and regulatory forums - Provide input into quarterly and annual internal and regulatory deliverables for various UK and European entities, coordinating inputs from a wide range of stakeholders. Deliverables may include the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP) and Funding Plans - Work on the execution of strategic Treasury projects such as dividends, infusions, restructuring, forecasting and optimization activities - Produce ad hoc materials in response management and regulatory requests - Prepare/update policies, procedures and regular reporting - Build a close working relationship with other groups within Corporate Treasury, as well as with Sales and Trading, Structuring, Risk, Controllers, Legal, Tax, and Operations - In-depth knowledge of Treasury and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment - Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities - Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes - Understanding of regulatory requirements in regards to Treasury and capital management activities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with teams across both local offices and globally - Proficient analytical capabilities, including ability to summarise complex business problems, detailed analysis and solutions with clarity - The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment - At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
