Description Working on a broad range of ad hoc tax consultancy assignments is a considerable part of the role. This may include reorganisations, R&D tax, share schemes, property hive ups, international tax etc.Identifying tax planning opportunities and following these through with the Tax Partner and the relevant partnersOverall responsibility for the compliance function for a portfolio of corporate tax clients. This includes: Preparation and review of corporation tax returns for a range of complex clientsMonitoring tax return progress to ensure timely completion and submission to HMRCAdvising corporate tax clients of tax liabilities due on a timely basisLiaising directly with clients to ensure both accurate and prompt completion of tax returns and submissionsCommunicating effectively with client's both orally and in writingDealing with all client queries promptly and efficientlyReporting to the client partner on all matters relevant to the client's tax affairs Profile A successful Corporate Tax Senior Manager should have: Proven experience in corporate tax advisory.CTA/ACA qualified.Strong technical skills and knowledge of UK tax legislation.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Dedication to deliver
