Our client is now hiring a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to lead international advisory work while also overseeing accounts preparation for overseas-owned UK entities. Their diverse international client portfolio and wide range of projects provide a dynamic and challenging work environment with ample opportunities to expand your expertise. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver UK and cross-border corporate tax advisory (structuring, reorganisations, expansion).
- Oversee UK corporate tax compliance and coordinate with clients on submissions.
- Review and supervise preparation of UK statutory accounts.
- Manage client relationships and act as main contact for inbound groups.
- Support HMRC enquiries and liaise with advisors in Europe and beyond.
- Mentor junior staff and support training and internal development.
- Contribute to business development and client acquisition.
Qualifications & skills:
- CTA and/or ACA qualified.
- Significant UK corporate tax experience, including advisory and compliance.
- Knowledge of corporate tax, VAT, risk, transfer pricing, permanent establishment risk & global mobility.
- Able to review and sign off statutory accounts under UK GAAP.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with international or inbound clients.
- German language helpful but not essential.
