Description You will join one of the largest and most active Corporate groups in the market, advising on a broad mix of corporate and business structuring projects, intra group reorganisations, M&A and private equity matters. The team also advises on LLPs, LLP conversions and European company law. Key responsibilities include: Working on a wide range of technically challenging matters for major multinational and listed clients Collaborating closely with colleagues across tax, deals, corporate finance and advisory Developing a deep understanding of client business needs and commercial drivers Supporting the growth and development of the Corporate practice across the regions Handling significant responsibility within high value transactions Managing matters under partner supervision and working closely with other fee earners Assisting with secondee style support for key clients Building and maintaining strong client relationships Profile Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or an equivalent common law jurisdiction Strong academic background Solid general corporate and private company M&A experience Experience advising on intra group corporate and business structuring Interest in a broad range o
