What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Deal Execution & Transaction Services: Provide end-to-end support for M&A processes, including preparing marketing materials (IMs, teasers), managing the data room, processing NDAs, coordinating due diligence, and facilitating key client/purchaser meetings.
Strategy & Valuation: Lead company valuation services, including attending client meetings and conducting financial analysis and research (purchaser research, recent transactions) to develop robust, data-driven client recommendations.
Advisory & Stakeholder Management: Act as a central coordinator and effective liaison with clients, purchasers, and senior management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and maintain the highest standard of client service.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience)
Qualification: ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a minimum of three years' post-qualification experience in a Public Practice environment.
Expertise: Strong technical foundation in financial analysis, company valuation, and transaction services, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Commercial Acumen: Clear commercial awareness, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping business owners solve problems and maximize opportunities.
