Our client, a well-established, growing Independent Mortgage Brokerage based in Central London, are looking to recruit a fun, sociable Client Services Manager to lead their Corporate-facing team. Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home), this is an incredible opportunity for the perfect candidate Our client have been established for just over 20 years and have grown to close to 70 FTE, with a further 150+ freelance employees. Due to their growth and consistent success, they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to oversee their Client Services department, ensuring an incredible service is afforded to all corporate clients. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing a team of 7 FTE, all responsible for looking after their own portfolio of corporate clients- Ensuring each team member is fully engaged and focused on delivering/exceeding their KPI's- Instilling a sense of confidence across the team, ensuring all members feel supported and encouraged to perform at their best- Maintaining a strong oversight of everything that is happening across all partner accounts (engagement levels/activity/feedback, etc)- Keeping senior stakeholders updated - providing clear summaries of team activity/performance/challenges- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with external clients (ensuring their continued satisfaction)- Conducting regular individual/team performance reviews- Training/developing all team membersIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of leading/inspiring a Customer Services team - Experience of conducting performance reviews/appraisals- Genuine desire to improve/develop others- Genuine desire to really 'own' this part of the business- Natural energy/enthusiasm to motivate a wider team- Experience of adding strategic
