How you’ll help us make health happen Take responsibility for initiating and delivering creative solutions to problems, writing content that is engaging, compelling and accessible across multiple business units and channels. From long-form digital brochures to succinct and powerful headlines, you'll use your excellent written communication skills to deliver creative that both meets customer needs and commercial objectives. Solve creative problems of all sizes, from optimising a single sentence to planning out and developing a complex customer email journey. Use evidence, data and research to continually optimise communications and customer journeys. Develop and own a brand style that extends across everything Bupa does Build relationships with stakeholders, sharing ideas, working collaboratively and using constructive criticism to get to the most effective solution. Use appropriate software to bring ideas to life and deliver campaigns. Use workflow management tools to prioritise and manage your own workload. What you’ll bring Brilliant writing skills. You’re an experienced and adaptable writer used to writing for different audiences and channels. You're comfortable initiating and writing to wireframes and layouts. Exemplarly grammar and proof-reading skills are a given for you. Creative and strategic thinking. It's second nature to you to think creatively and strategically about products and promotions. Using insight, you develop innovative and well-thought through concepts that bring propositions to life. Agile working. You’re aware of and understand agile methodology and can apply an agile mindset to your work. You can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and use an iterative and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery. Stakeholder relationship management. You have a good working relationship with stakeholders and you work to understand their needs. You feel comfortable asking them questions and involving them in your process, you understand the value this brings to the end product. User-centred content design. You design copy and content to meet user needs and make complex language and processes easy to understand. You can present the right information in the right format for users' needs. You write in plain language and understand accessibility requirements. Team ethic. You are committed to the overall output of your project squad or team, working together seamlessly with graphic designers, motion designers, artwork, UX, UI and Content specialists to deliver joined up solutions and consistent customer experiences.
