A hands-on construction operations leader who:

• Has proven experience in UK construction / fit-out / refurbishment

• Has managed multiple live sites at the same time

• Has led site managers, foremen, subcontractors, and labour

• Has been personally responsible for delivery, deadlines, quality, and margins

This is not a “strategy-only” COO.

This is someone who has worked on real projects, under real pressure.
